Delivery by Courier

Delivery by courier is possible for orders that do not exceed 100 kg and are not bulky. Payment can be made cash on delivery. In the case of courier shipment of special products, or if the cost for courier is very high, ISOGREEN TM SRL reserves the right to request payment in advance of the order. If another person receives the order, please specify the name of the person in the order, or the person must have the order confirmation sent by email. We will contact you by phone to confirm the identity of the person receiving the order.

Delivery via Pallex

In the case of bulky products (ISOGREEN FCH100 pulp fibers, machinery, etc.) or which are packed on pallets, they are shipped via Pallex. Because this company does not offer a refund service, the order amount must be paid in advance before the products are shipped. The deadline for ordering at the carrier for loading on a given day is 11.00. Pallex brings the products to the delivery address without transporting them to your home or floor. For this reason, make sure you have a way to unload and transport them to your home.

Delivery by Own or Hired Transport

If we find that it is cheaper or if you need delivery at a certain time, we will choose to send the goods with our transport or a rented transport. In this case, the transport is either highlighted on the invoice or paid directly to the hired carrier.

Change or Cancel Order

If you have changed your mind and no longer want a product from the order, want another product than the one ordered or no longer want any of the products ordered, you can notify us as soon as possible on 0771 083 876. We will do our best to modify or cancel your order.

Delivery Deadlines

We are committed to delivering your order within the timeframe displayed on the website for each product. If the order contains products with different delivery terms, the delivery term of the order will be the higher of the payment terms of the component products.

Delivery Methods

When ordering on www.isogreen.eu, you can choose one of the delivery options below: pick-up from our warehouses in Turnu Măgurele, Teleorman or Căzănești, Ialomita. If the products you ordered are in stock in our warehouse, you can pick them up immediately. If the products are not in stock when you place your order, we will notify you by email or phone when they arrive in our warehouse so you can pick them up. Products ordered are kept in stock for 7 working days. If you have already paid for your order before you pick it up (by credit card online, by instalments, by money order), please have your ID with you so that we can deliver the products. In case another person will pick up the order, please specify the name of the person in the order, or the person must have the order confirmation sent by email. Individuals picking up the products must carry identification.

Delivery by courier throughout the country

If it is more convenient to receive your products at home, at the construction site or at work, choose “courier” as the delivery method and we will send your products by courier quickly. The courier rate is calculated and displayed before the order is completed, after you fill in the delivery details (county, city, street etc). If you order heavier or bulky products (ISOGREEN FCH100 pulp fibres, machinery, etc.), please contact us, as we will send them by courier.
